She was screaming in pain since she can't tolerate it. She saw a curricle nearby and managed to got into its seat. There is nobody nearby to drive that curricle. The horse which pulls that curricle is tied to a chain some yards long from the place where the curricle is. That horse is trained to drive the curricle on its own. Unhook the horse from those chains to save the old granny. Good luck.
